Have you ever asked yourself where pop-artists like Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, Katy Perry or hiphop-artists like Kendric Lamar or Kanye West, or even RnB artists like Rihanna, Chris Brown or Jason Derulo and country-music star Garth Brooks -get their fame from? Well, It's all about how they promoted their music while they were at their kick-start era! These are the combination of activities I discovered they did/engaged in -Live Music Promotions, they used social media like Twitter and Facebook to promote their gigs and appearance, they reached out to Music Blogs and sold out their music to different websites, collaborated with other musicians and at some points in the beginning they promoted their music with Email (email-list and newsletter schemes).
