My worst was the type who will get on the lease and not pay, but because it's a year lease and you are both responsible for the payment equally, you are stuck paying both halves as to not break your lease. All while having the problem that to get off the lease you both have to sign. I had to tell them I would pay two months, if they signed it. I did not pay, because they owed me 5 months more than that and they didn't get our agreement in writing. Two can play and sometimes you have to become karma. Quote Link to comment
