I have experienced poverty level lifestyle.It was just after finishing college. It being the election year, basic necessity prices had skyrocketed. I was working at a construction site earning around $3 a day; lunch and breakfast exclude.I was bitter with our politicians for the greed portrayed. The price of maize, a staple food in our country had almost tippled from $0.80 to $1.90 . Lunch and breakfast costs $1.50.  The end of the day I was working just to satisfy my tummy.
