Most people think that you must visit the gym to lose weight by lifting some heavy weights. However, that is not the case as you can lose weight by doing simple exercises such as running on the spot, jumping up and down, press ups, and even running on the road. That way, you are able to save a lot of money that you could have spend in the gym.

It is indeed possible to lose weight without ever spending a dime on a gym subscription.

Simply put, you lose weight when you burn more calories than you consume daily.

To get started, aim to consume 300-400 fewer calories than your daily requirement and fit in a basic aerobic exercise such as walking, jogging, or cycling for at least 30 minutes a day into your daily schedule.

Stay adequately hydrated and sleep for 7-8 hours every day. Good luck!
