  3. What was your biggest accomplishment this year? I love to celebrate both the big and small wins, so please share away. I've never been able to stick with an exercise plan until this year. I credit my Apple Watch for motivating me to close my activity rings. I usually exercise in the morning before work. I've found that the dance fitness activities are interesting enough to keep me from being bored. If I don't feel like getting up early, I make sure to go walking after work, so I can meet my goals and close my activity rings. I exercise for at least 30-minutes daily, which is what my doctor recommended. Unfortunately, I still can't say that I love fitness, but this is enough to keep me healthy and it's something that I've been able to stick with for an entire year.
