bluewhale
Jet lag is a temporary sleep disorder. It affects people who travel quickly across multiple time zones. Jet lag upsets body's natural clock, also known as circadian rhythms. So, it's also called as circadian rhythm disorder. It can severely affect sleep patterns and can send you into an emotional tailspin. Experts suggest a slew of measures to put up with the symptoms of jet lag. Some of them are leaving home well rested, staying hydrated, regulating exposure to bright light, using lavender oil, taking a low dose of melatonin supplement among others. So, have you been on a long journey flight before? What have you done differently to beat jet lag last time around? What would you suggest people who plan to take a long flight soon? Thanks n Cheers!
