Emi_s Posted June 21, 2017 Report Share Posted June 21, 2017 I can't be the only one that tends to overeat during the summer break. There's so much to do, it's difficult to stay healthy. A tip I can give is to make healthy snacks at home to take on the road. I find that my family relies too much on fast food during long car rides. Also, adding 30 minutes of activity at least 3 times a week should keep us fit. What other tips do you guys have to stay healthy this summer? Quote Link to comment
