Among the health benefits I've lived to know about these activities I participate and engage inĀ are that, they help me manage my weight through the toning of my muscles. They also help in strengthening of my bones and improves my blood circulation which helps the heart to function effectively and efficiently. I've also discovered that exercise and sports activities prevents one from getting heart disease, arthritis, cancer and diabetes.
