Lack of discipline in an employee or a member of the organization, leads to misconducts such as dishonesty, insubordination, theft, rudeness, using abusive language at workplace, failure to notify an absence, excessive tardiness, or failure to follow one of the rules or policies. This unacceptable behaviors or misconducts can't be tolerated by company hence actions such as a warning letter, or a suspension letter, or actual termination can be issued -after investigation is taken and a decision is made by the Management/ the Company's board.
