Amandak324
On this 4th day of July, America's birthday, the day that the West was won, in a sense, I feel that to me, America means a number of different things. America means possibilities. It means hope. It means safety for a lot of people, a place where new beginnings, success, triumph, and dreams can come true. I have never been prouder than I am on this day to be an American. I have lived in other countries in the world, and there is no better place than the United States. This is a place where one minute, someone can be a pauper and then half an hour later, they turn into a prince. I love America and I am proud to be an American. Quote Link to comment
BigUncleCarl
To me, America is a place where you can live a life free from tyranny and oppression. You have enough opportunity to earn a decent income with no restrictions on religion, race or gender. We may have our flaws, but we defend our right to have them; and your right as well.
