Siddhant
SETI has tried to search for extraterrestrial life for years and has had some weird results too. Humans have always fantasized about meeting aliens from other parts of the universe. But the multiverse? Are we going too far with this theory? Over the course of time, we have been shown proofs of our insignificance in our universe, and I do find beauty in it. But are we really that insignificant? Quote Link to comment
JoeMilford
Siddhant, You ask a lot of compelling questions here. I was a skeptic of multiverse theory as well until I read some of Max Tegmark's work, if you have heard of him. He makes quite the case for multiple universe theories, and, like you, this type of science and theoretical math can make one feel pretty insignificant. It is a struggle, even just in the face or mortality in ONE universe, sometimes, to find meaning in life, is it not? Quote Link to comment
