Let's take a basic fast-food restaurant for example. Next time you walk into a fast-food restaurant, count the ratio of men and women. It's approximately 7:1. Managers are usually women and rarely do you even see a man working there. Do the same count next time your at your local grocery store or town mall. You will count roughly seven women working, to every one man.
