I have been trying to get back on my feet in the midst of a separation.  I have a college degree, and years of life and work experience to offer.  Yet, as a 50+ year old female, it seems that I am invisible!  Not just to advertisers, but to employers, it as if I simply do not exist!  Yet proving age discrimination is a whole other ballgame.  What am I supposed to do?
