WordSpeak7
As I have observed over the years, every institution that was developed has been made a purpose for limitations. Whether it is a food bank, clothing pantry, shelters, places to shower, programs that are easier to qualify and be eligible for, etc. Though what I have witnessed is that these organizations, nonprofit as they are, are profiting from the limitations they implement in their organization which stifles the supply for the demand: hungry and homeless. This can be solved, yet these organizations choose to give only a fraction of what they should be giving and that is deliberate. Wonder why there are so many "eye sores" in poverty? It is because of the limitations on these resources that can do more, yet will not. Quote Link to comment
