ButterflySally
Experts suggest drinking up to eight 8-ounce glasses of water to allow for your body to remain healthy hydrated. That should be 64 ounces of water a day per person. But research has shown that on average, people drink only around 20 ounces per day. Often we forget that we need to hydrate our bodies and only remember once we are already thirsty. How much water do you drink a day? Do you think you are above or below average? Quote Link to comment
Vastor122
I think I'm on the average level. My parents used to tell me the importance of drinking a lot of water, it can help you in detoxifying your body and vital organs, can help in skin rejuvenation, and also can neutralize the acidity in your stomach. Drinking tons of water became one of my daily routine not until I become addicted to soda. Now I'm starting to get back in consuming a lot of water again, cause you know, we're not getting any younger. Quote Link to comment
