Robel
People in this world live for the sake of what they believe in. And this made for people to have different life style. Quote Link to comment
Howard
What is the purpose of life? Well....that's an opinion that everyone has. A point of view. I was brought up as a Christian. But it's hard to believe in something like that. So I'm primarily just an atheist. I see that we only get one life and one life only. I don't believe in a hereafter. No one can prove that there is one. Just the theory or a bogus religion by what people choose to believe in. Well for the most part I just plan on believing what is acceptable to me. I believe that we are born, we enjoy the life we have, we work under societies thumb, we have families, and than one day we die. Quote Link to comment
Robel
Well if there was no afterlife this life would mean nothing. Quote Link to comment
OctoberBreeze
The purpose of life should be attaining happiness, and I think most of the times we are very confused about true happiness. The satisfaction that comes from helping those in need, overcoming our weaknesses and serving our society as direction amid all these madness and hatred... THAT should be the purpose of life, to BE happy by understanding our place in this world. Quote Link to comment
Sherrie
The purpose of life, is a very vast question, that has numerous answers. From my standpoint, I believe we all have a purpose, whether we fulfill it, is up to us. As a Christian, I feel that you are to lead others to the path of God, not with judgement but with compassion. We are to lead by example, not just by words. We are to help others who may be struggling with problems we have already overcome. If we have no troubles, than we would not know compassion.
