Garlic has many uses and functions. It can be used as main condiment in cooking and it has also medicinal use. It can help to fight common cold. It also has many minerals in it that is good for our body.

Garlic is immensely powerful-- seems to make me feel almost "feverishly" energetic at times. The circulatory effects are great, especially. Have you ever had an excessive amount of garlic in a meal or whatever, and then felt "burnt out" like, a sticky feeling "garlic hangover" the next day? That's the only time the odor really bothers me.
