Billions of lost, unwanted and neglected domestic and feral dogs and cats are euthanized and killed everyday. Personally, I founded a Humane Society in 1999. Common sense tells me that spaying and neutering all dogs and cats should be a law to prevent disease and more unwanted pets.Why do you think some people are unwilling to protect their pets by spaying and neutering their pets when there are multiple resources to help with it?
