Parenting: How to Ease your Child's Separation Anxiety

Although it is normal for babies to this kind of behavior, as a mother to my 14 months old daughter is a little bit stressing.My baby gets hysterical whenever I'm not around.She is so shy.I cannot even leave her with my family and I feel bad about it.I'm trying to expose her in public places so she will get used to seeing unfamiliar faces but it doesn't work at all.

The thing that worries me is that I am planning to get a job soon.I already have an offer from one company and the only problem is my baby.I have someone who will babysit her while I'm at work but how can I leave my baby if she has this kind of behavior.I was torn between working and staying with my baby.Anyone have an idea about my issue?Your help is really appreciated.
