So I decide to hit the gym with proper diet plan. After following the plan for 6 month, I was totally a changed person . Here is the diet plan that I have been following. So follow this for couple of weeks M1 - 7 egg whites + 50g oats M2 - 200 grams cooked weight Chicken breast with 200g cooked weight basmati rice . M3 - 6 white eggs 50g oats M4 - same as meal 2 M5 - 250g 0% fat yoghurt with 1 apple Quote
