I'm this world of science and technology, people use to spend their most of the time using internet. People ate addicted to use social media and entertainment websites. In this way, they are ignoring their health. Outdoor activities are so important for our health. Weight gain is the biggest problem due to spending most of the time in bed or chair. 

We should take light food and do the proper workout. It is good for healthy mind and body.
