Ronshell
We all know that moving out from our parents' place is a big step we take toward independence. At first, it may sound exciting and adventurous, right? Based on your own experience, what advice/tips can you give to someone out there who's about to move out? Personally, I found it very hard to let go of my books I have collected. Moving out means you have to eliminate stuff that won't be needed and bring only the things that are essential. How about you guys? Quote Link to comment

LCinFL
My biggest advice to someone moving out on their own is to develop a budget. There are so many different tools and apps that can help with this, but even just a pencil and paper can do the trick. It's vital to set a budget and stick to it so that you aren't spending more than you are bringing in. Quote Link to comment
