Both diet and exercise play a vital role in this management program. It all depends on the amount of calorie intake and expenditure. The expense should always rule out the intake. There are some people who refrain from adopting a high activity mode and prefer to cling to a strict diet regime. Whereas there are others who begin their day with regular workouts. For me, a combination of both works the best. Those days when I'm not exercising, I keep a check on everything that goes in my mouth. Regular exercise allows me to be a bit liberal with my diet. If I have to choose one, then I will opt for exercise. I love to have an active lifestyle. A sedentary lifestyle makes my life boring. What is your preferred method of weight management?
