I don't restrict any type of food during this time. But I try to eat healthy as much as possible. Some people prefer to have 5-6 meals all throughout the day. I follow this plan because it's convenient for me. I don't have to spend too much time preparing meals and thinking about food. I have also read that it's is a good method to lose weight and keep your body healthy. Quote Link to comment

Just make sure to stock up on food and drinks with electrolytes, magnesium and potassium if you want to try! Keto is great cause you can have bacon and chicken salad with all the delicious sauces you could ever dream of, and still shed those pounds. What!? I know right! Quote Link to comment
