Research shows that daydreaming is good for the mind, and can make you more productive. It helps you to be more creative and boosts intelligence by enhancing your awareness and your understanding of events. Daydreaming can also help strengthen your working memory Quote Link to comment

I used to dream away a lot when I was a kid, but nowdays it's less frequent. I'm glad to have been reminded to do it a bit more! Quote Link to comment
