Best 5-minute workout for toning

Hey guys. I've been searching online for a workout that I can do every morning for about 5 minutes. That's all the time I have to spare and so I want to make the most of it. Does anyone know any muscle-toning workout that can be effective even when done only for a short amount of time?

While performing a quick Google search of '5 minute workout' will return hundreds of results, I believe that a short, focused workout on core muscle groups will give you the greatest benefit for the effort. An example routine would look as follows:

 

Stretch: 1 minute

Push Ups: 1 minute

Squats: 1 minute

Crunches: 1 minute

Lunges: 1 minute

I would suggest looking for High Intensity Interval training, or HIIT videos. The ones I have seen are just a couple of minutes long. Just remember, the best exercise for you is the one you will do-the important part is doing it.
