That's all the time I have to spare and so I want to make the most of it. Does anyone know any muscle-toning workout that can be effective even when done only for a short amount of time? JonSilvers Posted November 23, 2017 Report Share Posted November 23, 2017 While performing a quick Google search of '5 minute workout' will return hundreds of results, I believe that a short, focused workout on core muscle groups will give you the greatest benefit for the effort. An example routine would look as follows: Stretch: 1 minute Push Ups: 1 minute Squats: 1 minute Crunches: 1 minute Lunges: 1 minute Quote Link to comment

The ones I have seen are just a couple of minutes long. Just remember, the best exercise for you is the one you will do-the important part is doing it. Quote Link to comment
