Hi everyone :)

Does anyone on here go to counseling? If so, how did you find your therapist?  Any tips on how to find a good one?

Also, can I ask how much is costs per session usually? Does insurance cover it? How often do you see your therapist? 

Or does anyone know of online therapists/ life coaches?
