AliD2018 Posted February 3, 2018 Report Share Posted February 3, 2018 Depression is very common these days among people and medication can only temporary help and isn't curing the cause of it. What we need to work on is on our mental state and by doing so each day we can improve our condition and maybe even resolve it. First we can start with is to use positive thinking as a main thing when we wake up. Simply tell yourself : Quote I have a brand new day ahead and i feel ready to face it, i am strong and i deserve all the good things that will come to me Quote Link to comment
