If you want to lose the weight in a healthy way then you would have to make a plan. You would have to follow the routine according to plan. First of all, take a notice of the calories that you burn during the whole day. Then make a proper diet plan. You calories intake should be less than the calories that you burn. Increase the intake of protein and decrease the intake of fats and carbs. Eat healthy food. Try to avoid the junk and fried food. Drink plenty of water and juices. Eat fresh fruit and vegetables. I also think that as part of a lasting wellness transformation you need to look at changing your relationships with food. Many of us see food as a comfort, reward or way of consoling ourselves after a bad day. This emotional eating can take such a toll on our dieting aims. I suggest that focusing on other ways to treat and care for yourself, such as taking time for a nice bath, reading a great book, or spending time with family and friends can help you find other strategies to beat stress and emotional overeating.
