Mnia77
From adolescence I was an omnivore which shifted in my highschool days to exclude first pork, then beef, and finally chicken and turkey. By the time I hit my 23rd birthday I was a full-blown pescetarian and two years later I was happy to call myself a vegetarian. Today I'm close to vegan-- though I haven't given up chocolate-- and have the most incredible time in the kitchen whipping up these healthier, plant-based meals. So far my favorite is a pasta dish made with roasted butternut squash as the cream alternative, sauteed broccoli, sage and brown pasta (mmmm). Anybody have a mouth-watering vegan meal that they love? voyasimpli
I love any vegan meal where the pasta is zucchini, but raw vegan curry noddles are my favorite. Truly, it is simple to make and flavorful. And since you mentioned butternut squash, I have to give butternut squash soup the honorable mention. Quote Link to comment
Dinomarino1
Im not a full vegetarian, but i am health conscious so i do partake in a good variety of "alternative" meals if you will. One of my all time favorite meals is the simple meatless meatballs with spaghetti. I enjoy the over seasoned aspects of the "meatless meatball", i find the two to be very similar. I dont need meat all the time, whenever i can switch it out for something more beneficial then i will do so. Quote Link to comment
