Luckymadon
One of the seemingly impossible debates to resolve is how to place the toilet paper on the roll. Do you place it overlapping on the roll or does it go under on the roll? I believe I have the answer. I used to work as a room attendant in a hotel and we were always instructed to put the toilet paper overlapping on the roll. Hotels, hospitals and all places with public utilities must heed to the rules and regulations of the Public Health Board and its standards. I have observed that in every public washroom I've used the toilet paper was on the roll overlapping. This includes the hospital restrooms. The Public Health Board can also be wrong in some of its dictations, but for now I tend to go with what they consider the "proper etiquette" of toilet paper placement. Quote Link to comment
