Other weight loss expert say dieting is about staying away from food completely in order to lose some weight. Some other expert say we need to exercise along with eating. Then there are some weight loss expert that claims there are some food when eaten burns fat in our bodies, and eating those food is what dieting is about. They claim that we only need to eat these food and the fat in our bodies will burnout without doing anything else. Are there really food that burn fat in our bodies? Quote Link to comment
