emily1997
Young people of the 21st century are faced with various decisions which could have a vital impact on their future. Is higher education the right path to take? Or is finding a job after school the more practical choice? There is so much emphasis regarding the benefits of university, however is it as important as suggested? Quote Link to comment
phoenixrick
I believe that the environment at universities has changed dramatically over the past decades. This is something that needs to be considered when making the choice of either going after your degree or entering the workforce right out of high school. Considering the cost of a college education and the accompanying debit you may incur along with the prospect of receiving an overdose of one dimensional political views, it is definitely worth a second thought. Trade schools, joining a company at the ground level and working your way up, junior colleges, online studies etc. are alternatives that in many cases have advantages. I don't believe attending college is necessarily a bad choice, however, for many there are alternatives that make more sense. Quote Link to comment
