pristinechristine
I talk in my sleep almost a few times every night. What's worse is that I often talk about how I feel in my sleep. That way, my secrets could easily be spilled out during my sleep. I am in a long term relationship, and the person I sleep with would often tell me the things that I talk about in my sleep. It's interesting though, how you can suppress feelings and have them come out in your sleep. Well, I guess it's interesting and scary at the same time. Is there a way for me to stop sleep talking? I often scare people when I sleep too. There was one time I was asleep, and I sat up and said to the person next to me, "Why is that woman hanging up there in the ceiling?". Of course, I wasn't aware of what was happening, because I was asleep. But for those people around me, I'm sure I'm not a pleasant sleeping buddy. Do you talk in your sleep? Is there a way to 'cure' this problem? Please do let me know. Quote Link to comment
