Food which contains Carbohydrates,proteins,vitamins and starch is known as a balanced diet food which is healthy for human consumption. Quote Link to comment

While plenty of people feel these diets work for them, any "diet" is too much work for me. I've maintained a healthy weight for decades by following just one simple principle: avoid processed foods. If you do this, you will naturally eat a healthy diet, because you won't have any other choice. If you can't picture how the food on your plate was grown, then it's probably not part of a balanced diet (I have yet to see any ice cream trees in the natural world). Quote Link to comment
