AmaraJosephine Posted March 27, 2019 Report Share Posted March 27, 2019 The birds are bumpin' and my sneakers are fresh and ready for a nice long walk in nature!!! There is something very special to me about taking time for yourself and going somewhere that helps you just chill. Giving you the ability to breathe in and out, inhale....exhale....and take things on in life a little easier because you got that blood flowing and the oxygen pumpn'!!! Wow I remember loving that rush from running and bypassing your set goal for the day, heart beating fiercely, like a tiger on its prey!!!! I can no longer run, due to an accident several years back, I am limited in what I do. I walk and I seem to take on the same mentality as a runner would, setting my daily goal, and hopefully accomplishing it!!! Even if I come close, I am satisfied, because the reality is, I could have stayed in bed and not walked at all. Happy Spring!!! Quote Link to comment
