Firepisces19
I graduated with my master degree back in 2018, and I didn't realize how difficult it would be to find permanent work! During interviews, I noticed that potential employers consistently ask interview questions that focus on the gap between experience gained from school and experience gained by hands on experience. Which do you find to be more valuable? I personally think the difference boils down to the vision of the organization, and those who have robust educational credentials are likely work thinking months or years ahead. Quote Link to comment
