Good Leaders

What makes someone a good leader? A leader must be willing to go first and to be a good example. He must be honest, considerate, approachable, humble and willing to put the needs of others ahead of his. There's certainly a great demand for good leaders and society has failed in it's attempts to produce such leaders.

Good leaders are hard to come by. If you do come by one, he/she has already stole from your country.The only thing left for them is to blind fold you with the little amount they donate in you fund raising to cover their shame and guilt.

Too many people thing that a leader should be authoritarian. Instead I think a good leader nurtures collaboration between team members. A good leader will find out what each of the team members wants out of the job and help them achieve their career goals. A person who feels that they are benefitting personally from their work will usually give a lot to the team.
