Are you afraid of death?

I used to be afraid of death but not anymore. Most people on earth are afraid of death because of the unknown. No one knows where they will spend eternity after they die.

But only the creator of heaven and earth can take this kind of fear from us and replace it with hope and expectation of spending eternity with His son.

People are afraid to die because they still have an unfinished business to do and It is a reason why they want to live long.

It's interesting how death can evoke mortifying fear in us. While almost everyone knows that death and life are juxtaposed events, the majority are still perplexed at the thought of it, and only a few can comfortably discuss the subject that seems taboo in the open. The way out is to prepare for it daily, just like we wake up and go to sleep with no certainty of tomorrow.
