It is okay to share your troubles and disappointments with someone. In fact it is recommended you do for your mental health. If you hold it all in you might get depressed. It is okay not to be okay.

Yes. I agree with you because when you hide your feelings, there is a possibility that you may suffer mentally especially if you are alone.

I have suffered from mental health and have witnessed friends suffering to a painful and sad extent. It all begins when we feel obligated to conform to society and that we aren't okay when we are not like others, but the truth is that we are all differently designed.
