Catechins are powerful anti-oxidants that aid in preventing inflammatory diseases. Health professionals describe it as a powerful anti-oxidant that could neutralize cancer-causing free radicals in the bloodstream. It has also been found to slow down "Atherosclerotic plaque formation" which causes "Coronary Heart Disease (CHD)". Green tea is also indicated in the improvement of cognitive function, prevention of Alzheimer's disease and so on. So, have you made it a part of your daily routine?
