Bonzer
As we blink, the upper lid of our eyes pulls down a tear film across the eyes. It keeps our eyes naturally moist. For computer professionals and those who work with computer screens all the time, the blink rate goes down significantly. As a result, the eyes become dry, red, swollen, and fatigued. The backlight of the screen further worsens the problem as it has a taxing effect on your eyes if the ambient light is dim. It's advised to take frequent breaks while working on your computer, keep the workplace bright and well-lit, and do blinking exercises to take care of your vision. Additionally, your ophthalmologist can prescribe lubricant eye drips if the intensity of the problem is severe. So, how do you manage your workload and what are the precautions you take to protect your eyes? Quote Link to comment
