Recently we have seen weapons using AI being used in the frontline to target enemies. How effective are they since we have heard of complaints about indiscriminate attacks on innocent civilians who do not participate on such wars? Is there a body that regulates their use in war or tracks, to record their overall effect - either positive or negative?
