MunchyRaindrops Posted July 17 Report Posted July 17 One thing that's helped me feel better day to day is drinking warm water first thing in the morning. It's such a small thing, but it really wakes me up. I have also started taking short walks when I get a break. Nothing fancy, just 10 minutes but it clears my head and helps me focus.
