Naz18
It seems for the past 2-3 years that most experts pick the Houston Rockets to be one of the premiere teams in the Western Conference, and every year the Rockets fail miserably. This year is no different, the Rockets yet again brought in some talented players but have a sub .500 record so far, and are not looking as good as they should. It's time. For what?: • Time for the Rockets to start playing the sort of defense they did when Coach Who Put The Shackles On The Offense was in charge? • Time for the Rockets to quit making more bad decisions in the fourth quarter than teenagers on prom night? • Time for Tracy McGrady and Yao Ming to make the same plays in the last five minutes as they do in the first 43? • Time for coach Rick Adelman to shut up people once and for all by giving Steve Francis the playing time it will take to show Stevie Franchise has gone out of business? • Time for more of Aaron Brooks and less of Rafer Alston? • Time for Shane Battier to quit doing so many "little things'' and make a big shot once in a while? • Time for Bonzi Wells to do more hustling and less sulking if he's going to keep missing layups? • Time for Luther Head to quit seeing the light of the court in the fourth quarter? • Time for Mike James to provide instant offense instead of constant misses? • Time to go on a four-game road trip, so that the Rockets and their fans can be apart for a while? • Time for general manager Daryl Morey to think about blowing up the roster he spent the off-season creating? • Time to start counting down the days until the 2008 NBA draft?
