As a British citizen I don't have any real connection to Thanksgiving, and to be honest until I moved overseas I didn't really know anything about it. Now I have lots of American friends I get at least one invitation to feast on great food, although I'm told many of the components are not authentic as it's difficult to find the exact ingredients needed. Tomorrow I will enjoy turkey, (don't ask how much it cost!), stuffing, broccoli casserole, various potato and vegetable dishes, and of course pumpkin pie, (thanks to Costco). I hope everyone who celebrated Thanksgiving had a fabulous holiday.
