I would go for Twitter.

I find Twitter as a great market research tool I can use when I'll startup my own brand because it's where I've seen negative feedbacks which i believe they instigates companies to improve their service and efficiency. Not mentioning that it's a real time search engine, and well-focused in terms of communication as it's defined within 140 characters.
