It I say "Come sit a spell y'all." with a drawl, do you think I am slow witted or hospitable? If I say "Right o' mate." in a British accent, does that mean I am snobbish? What about French, Idian, Latino, Oriental and, all of the other accents? Does a person's accent cause you to assume certain things about that person? Quote Link to comment
