Fewer people, especially senior citizens can afford safe and decent housing. It seems landlords have more rights than tenants and seniors spend more than half of their income for housing. That leaves little for basic needs or medical needs. How can we stop the bureaucracy of rising housing costs for our elderly and disabled?
