I would love to live somewhere near an ocean with access to great coffee shops and restaurants. But not too crowded and busy. Preferably somewhere beautiful, artsy and progressive. I tend to like the west coast of the U.S. because that's where I've lived, but anywhere with an ocean could work. Anybody have any suggestions on a beautiful place to live by an ocean?
